Office Politics

It is not professional to form cliques, punch your manager, snicker endlessly about coworkers who do not have the same personality, or form hate groups to exclude people purposely then claim those excluded are not team players. This is the real world. This is NOT high school. Please stop behaving as if it is kindergarten. That's like so like totally like uncool. By the way, "baby daddy" is NOT a legal term.
