John Quinones claims his constituents are racist, because they are not happy that he named a park after a puerto rican military troop. Being puerto rican himself, does that not make HIM ethnocentric? So really, who's the racist? The people who wanted him to poll students in the schools to involve them in the name picking? Or he who names it after something that symbolizes his heritage?
